Shipping

All orders ship with tracking. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items need additional production time to print and finish before they ship. Please check the description of the product you are interested in to see whether it is made to order or in stock.

Returns

If a package arrives damaged, email orders@winkcustoms.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Unused, uninstalled products in original condition can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Email orders@winkcustoms.com to initiate a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless WinkCustoms is at fault. Refunds will be issued once the product has arrived back at WinkCustoms.

Blem items are final sale and cannot be returned. They are sold at a discount specifically because of a cosmetic flaw. Please reach out for details about a blem item before purchasing.

Products that have been installed, modified, painted, or damaged during installation cannot be returned. Any product that requires permanent modification of the vehicle, such as the fender cove ducts, is installed at the purchaser's own risk as noted on the product page.
